When a player registered under your agent account wishes to fund their Megapari balance, a deposit request is automatically generated and displayed in your back-office dashboard. Follow the steps below to process the deposit correctly and ensure the commission is credited to your account.
- Log into the Megapari Agent Platform using your verified credentials.
- Navigate to the pending deposit requests section and locate the player's request.
- Verify the deposit amount and the player's wallet or payment details.
- Transfer the corresponding funds from your operational balance to the player's Megapari account.
- Confirm the transaction in the back-office system to trigger the commission credit.
Agents earn 2% to 5% commission on each successfully confirmed deposit. The transaction is recorded in the system and the player's Megapari balance is updated in real time once you confirm the operation.
Processing Player Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests from players follow a similar workflow but involve transferring funds from your operational balance to the player's external wallet or bank account.
- Receive the withdrawal notification in your agent dashboard.
- Review the withdrawal amount and verify the player's payment destination details.
- Transfer the requested amount to the player using the agreed payment method (e-wallet, bank transfer, or cash).
- Confirm the completed withdrawal in the back-office control panel.
- Receive your 2% commission on the processed withdrawal amount.
